Postpartum doula care is practical, emotional, & educational support. It is whatever you need it to be, while you fall in love with your little one and navigate your new world.

Caring for & playing with older sibling(s) or your infant, allowing you some time for yourself

Practical help around the house including; light tidying, dishes, laundry.

Practice and discussion of infant handling techniques that support development

Baby feeding, breastfeeding, & pumping support

Basic infant massage techniques

Connection with other local health and wellness resources

Home & nursery organization

Anything that makes your life with your new little one easier and makes you more comfortable! If it is outside my scope, I'll let you know. I am here to help and my support is tailored to your needs!
Postpartum Doula Care Rates
Mon-Fri Weekday Daytime Care 9am-5pm
$40 per hour
Sat & Sun Weekend Daytime Care 9am-5pm
$45 per hour
*8 hours of Postpartum Support is now covered by MassHealth, with a potential for more hours if needed.
